While Scots law is distinct, our clients require that we are aware of, and able to deal with, other legal systems. There is also a lot of confusion about our ability to deal with business in England and Wales. In some areas of business, such as employment and corporate, the law is identical on both sides of the border. In many other areas, such as contractual and commercial, much is very similar. By working closely with business lawyers in England, we can take care of all of your UK legal needs.
European law is now an integral part of Scots law and UK law as a whole. We encounter this on a daily basis.
