Tom Johnston

Tom is the firm’s managing partner. When not grappling with that uphill task, he is one of Scotland’s most experienced licensing solicitors.  His pragmatic approach and expert advice make him popular amongst his clients.  Tom represents licensees throughout Scotland and has a number of significant clients in the East of Scotland and Fife area such as David Sands and Kingdom Taverns. He deals with all aspects of property work, including acquisitions and disposals, leases and restructuring. He deals with property aspects of the firm’s renewable energy work.  Tom is also extremely experienced as a general business adviser, focussing on small to medium sized businesses.
