Options may include the following:

Partner / Partner Designate : You specialise in an area of business law. A rainmaker, you have high standards, a commercial approach and a client following. You may be fed up with office politics, looking for flexibility or for a firm to develop your clients. We will help you to maximise your potential and fulfil your ambitions.

Consultant: 
You may be considering your exit strategy and looking to wind down, whilst ensuring that your clients are properly serviced. You can see the attractions of picking your own hours and clients whilst working with a younger team growing the business.

Senior Solicitor: 
If you have a level of client following or the ability, commitment and drive to develop business,we will provide you with the opportunity to progress your career.
