News - Jo Brynes Joins Young & Partners
We are delighted to announce the appointment of Joanna Brynes to the legal team as Partner Designate with effect from 20 April 2009. Jo specialises in licensing work and has significant experience in litigation and planning. She will be based at 126 West Regent Street but will spend some of her time in Dunfermline. Jo joins from Andersons, having previously worked at Harper Macleod, Boyds and Lindsays. Tom Johnston said “We are delighted to be able to attract people of the calibre of Jo. She has built up her client base over the last 10 years, is an expert in her field and has an outgoing temperament and an eye for business development. She will be a great asset to us.” Jo Brynes said “I was looking for a move and arranged for an approach to Young & Partners. I had known about the firm for a long time. They are absolutely the sort of outfit I want to be part of. The management style is friendly and flexible. That is very important for someone like myself with family commitments.
