News - Iain K Clark, Solicitor Advocate, joins Young & Partners
We are delighted to announce the appointment of Iain K Clark, Solicitor Advocate, to the legal team with effect from 3 August 2009. Iain joins our Dispute Management & Litigation Department, and is based at 126 West Regent Street, Glasgow, although his cases will take him throughout Scotland and beyond!
Managing Partner of the Glasgow Office, Ruth Waters, said “We are delighted that Iain has joined us. He brings a wealth of experience in all areas of litigation and dispute resolution in the commercial field. He will widen the portfolio of services that we offer our clients. As a Solicitor Advocate, Iain is able to provide in-house Solicitor Advocate Services to our clients who wish representation in the Court of Session and Supreme Court of the United Kingdom (formerly House of Lords). He also brings his specialist experience in the field of International Commercial Arbitration. I am sure that his meticulous attention to detail, combined with a pragmatic approach to dispute resolution, will serve our clients well.”
