Dynamic Services - PVS
PVS is the vehicle through which we provide our company secretarial service now being used by over 100 companies. Many people ar unaware of, or too busy to comply with, the filing and regulation requirements imposed by the Registrar of Companies.
Using PVS allows you to concentrate on your real business, while we deal with the red tape. The service includes the use of our office as the registered office of your company (provided the company is Scottish registered) as well as the following services:-
- Maintaining the statutory records and keeping the company’s books in our offices for safekeeping and inspection, in accordance with the directors’ legal obligations;
- Completing and filing the company’s annual return with Companies House;
- Where applicable, filing the company’s statutory accounts with the Registrar of Companies;
- Preparing routine board minutes and resolutions for members for such things as changes to bank mandates, appointment and resignation of directors, and changes in accounting reference dates (note that the basic fee does not include our attendance at board meetings);
- All telephone advice relating to general company secretarial procedure; and
- Receiving official mail at our office, and forwarding it to you if required.
Following the proposed abolition of the post of company secretary, these functions would otherwise have to be fulfilled by the directors. Our service is a cost effective time saver for any busy director.
The current price is £275 plus VAT, payable half yearly in advance by Direct Debit. As an alternative we can provide a registered office only service for £110 plus VAT.
