Dynamic Services - Employer Support Programme

Our employment law department is happy to provide an ad hoc service dealing with specific queries as they arise.

However, where a fuller and more comprehensive service is required or where there are specific requirements, a retained service is offered on an annual basis. The service covers any time in connection with employment law or HR issues including all or any of the elements set out below:

Review to establish and, where appropriate, consider in detail what is currently in place. We will carry out a review of your current position to establish the existing situation in relation to HR systems, contracts of employment, terms and conditions of employment, policies and procedure - written or unwritten but operational. We will report to you on what could be done to improve or to introduce appropriate systems, policies and procedures.

Drafting – we will create or revise documentation including:

  • Contracts of employment
  • Policies and Procedures
  • Employment related pro formas
  • Employee Handbooks
  • Guidance for managers

Ensuring that all comply with current statutory requirements and reflect your existing practices.

Advice on all employment law and HR matters delivered in whatever way is most appropriate in the circumstances including by phone, email or on site. This includes the provision of all necessary documentation for example relevant pro formas or necessary correspondence.

On site support to whatever extent is agreed and necessary to support management in dealing with employee relations issues. This could be a pre-arranged times on an agreed ongoing basis or ad hoc as required.

Investment

The service is charged on the following basis:

  1. We agree a bank of hours which you would commit to use over a 12 month period.  This would be charged at a discounted rate.
  2. You would be invoiced for one twelfth of the agreed total at the start of each month.
  3. Payment is by standing order.
  4. Where the hours in any month exceed the agreed hours you will be invoiced for the additional hours at a further discounted rate.
  5. In the event of unplanned or unexpected work being required or instructing new projects you can elect either to include the time required in the bank of hours or to have it dealt with as a separate project to be charged separately.
  6. You can request an increase in the bank of hours at any time.
