This section is for you to take from what you wish – or, perhaps to have some input of your own. Some of our lawyers are actively involved as writers of books and articles. We appear regularly in specialist and trade journals, and also in the local and national press. Some of these are reproduced in our News section, along with other articles on matters of importance. The views expressed may be solely those of the author, and a short article should never be relied on as being directly relevant to your business without detailed advice being sought.
